- undergraduate and post-graduate courses in informatics, applied computer programming,  water management, modern mathematical methods in engineering, operations research and network modeling techniques, and decision support methods (University of Novi Sad, and University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia);
- invited lectures on natural resources management and control - Technical University of Budapest, Hungary;
- invited lectures on linear programming methods and special algorithms for transport problems at International Course on Computer-Aided Decision Making in Agriculture for specialists from Asia, Africa and South America - International Center for Large-Scale Control and Decision Systems, University of Novi Sad;
- leading and co-leading projects related to different topics in engineering: evaluation of irrigating methods by AHP method, water supply systems planning, regional groundwater management, transport modeling, and application of operations research and systems analysis techniques (LP, DP and Networks) in evaluation of dynamical performance of large-scale water systems (with particular emphasis on risk, reliability, resilience and vulnerability);
- leading two on-going projects 'Geotechnical database system for (600 km long) the Belgrade-Bar railway', and 'Strategic management in forestry by use of Analytic Hierarchy Process as decision supporting toll';
- responsible for all teaching and research in informatics at the Faculty of Agriculture, Univ. of Novi Sad;
- leading 6-member AF web-team in developing and on-line maintenance of professional websites;
- involved in more than 70 research projects related to complex technical systems including allocation, distribution, control and environmental issues;
- more than 70 papers published in international and national journals and in conferences and symposia proceedings.

Implementation and application of computer models on IBM, Univac and CDC mainframes as part of UNDP Transfer of Technology Project 'Computer Control of the Morava River System' (models originally developed by HEC - US Army Corps of Engineers, and by Texas Water Development Board). Original water resources software for multireservoir system optimization and simulation.
